製品不具合のお詫びとお知らせ

平素は格別のご愛顧を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。

この度、2024年9月25日より、SOPH. ONLINE STOREと森美術館「ルイーズ・ブルジョワ展：地獄から帰ってきたところ 言っとくけど、素晴らしかったわ」特設ショップにて販売いたしました「SOPH-242116 Louise Bourgeois : S/S TEE (I Have Been to Hell and Back)」と「SOPH-242117 Louise Bourgeois : S/S TEE (The Telephone Call from the Slammer)」におきまして、自然光にあたるとボディ本体とリブに色差が出てしまう現象が判明いたしました。
つきましては、商品を回収させていただき、正しいリブへの付け替え修理完了後、ご返送させていただければと存じます。修理にはおよそ一ヶ月から一ヶ月半ほどお時間を頂戴させていただきます。

The sensitivity of the touch panel operation of the "SOPH-242116 Louise Bourgeois : S/S TEE (I Have Been to Hell and Back)" and "SOPH-242117 Louise Bourgeois : S/S TEE (The Telephone Call from the Slammer)" sold at SOPH. ONLINE STORE and the special gift shop for "Louise Bourgeois: I have been to hell and back. And let me tell you, it was wonderful." at Mori Art Museum since September 25, 2024 has been found to vary depending on the individual product and the customer.
We have found that there is a color difference between the body and the ribs when exposed to natural light.
Therefore, we would like to collect the product and ship the corrected product at a later date.

Customers who have purchased items from the SOPH. ONLINE STORE and the "Louise Bourgeois Exhibition" special store at the Mori Art Museum are requested to contact us via the CONTACT page on the SOPH.
